Signing in + the desk
The ecosystem is gated — sign in as owner (admin / admin@123) to confirm/cancel and use CONFIGURE, or as the read-only viewer to search and run the upsell without the canonical actions. Open the app from the launcher's Customer Experience zone.

Build a booking
In New booking, search a destination for cross-property availability (lowest rate + rooms left), press Build, and set room type, rate plan, dates, rooms, and guests — the quote updates live. "Suggest best options" runs the metered AI-assist for upgrade / breakfast / early-check-in ideas. As owner, "Confirm booking (simulated)" creates it and generates a confirmation email into #35. The Task queue and Manage bookings (cancel) actions are owner-only; the Cloud/OSS cost of the upsell appears only in the "Behind the scenes" inspector.
