How to Use This Demo

Driving Concierge & Knowledge Assistant in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Concierge & Knowledge Assistant
  1. 1

    Signing in

The ecosystem is gated. Open the live demo and sign in as the universal owner (admin / admin@123) to act canonically, or as the read-only viewer to see the in-scope viewer experience. Unauthenticated visitors only ever see the sign-in card.

  2. 2

    Asking the concierge

Open the rose-accented slide-over panel from anywhere in the host. With an empty conversation you get starter chips ("What are the check-in and check-out times?", "What's the cancellation and refund policy?", "Do you allow pets?"); tap one or type your own. After a brief think the assistant replies with a grounded answer, a "Sources" list, and a confidence percentage.

Ask something the knowledge base can't cover and the assistant tells you it couldn't find a grounded answer and offers "Escalate to a human". Accepting raises a support request (a ticket) and drops a confirmation into Messages — that is the honest path, deliberately preferred over a confident guess.

  3. 3

    The Cloud/OSS inspector

Use "See how this answer was produced →" to open the dark inspector. It shows the per-stage trace — retrieve (candidate articles by term overlap), ground (the cited titles), answer (the single metered stage), guard (grounded vs escalate) — plus the Cloud/OSS mode and the cost meter. None of this instrumentation appears on the guest panel; the chat stays a clean consumer surface.
