How to Use This Demo

Driving Customer Segmentation & Lifecycle Marketing in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Customer Segmentation & Lifecycle Marketing
  1. 1

    Signing in

The ecosystem is gated. Open the live demo at the /hospitality host and sign in as the owner (admin / admin@123) to configure, or as the read-only viewer to observe. The app tree is never sent to the browser for an unauthorized session.

  2. 2

    Build and score a segment

Open app #11 in the operator console. OPERATE lists the seeded segments (high-value, at-risk, frequent, Platinum tier) and the lifecycle journeys. As owner, CONFIGURE → New segment: pick a field (lifetime bookings, days since last booking, lifetime value, loyalty tier, country), an operator (≥, ≤, =), and a value, then Create. Back in OPERATE, "Compute" scores the segment against the live CRM and writes its size.

Open "Behind the scenes" (the dark inspector) to see the honesty layer: segment scoring is pure rule code, so it shows as deterministic and $0 in both Cloud and OSS modes — the trace records the stage ran with no model call. This instrumentation is inspector-only and never appears on a guest surface.

  3. 3

    Run a lifecycle journey

CONFIGURE → New journey: name it, pick a type (welcome / win-back / post-stay) and a segment. In OPERATE, "Run now" enrols the segment and fires the journey's simulated sends through the #35 comms shell — one representative message lands in the in-app sent viewer — and the enrolled/sent/opened/clicked/converted funnel fills in. Sends are clearly labelled simulated; no real mail is delivered.
