An owner defines a rule, computes the segment, and runs a lifecycle journey against it. Scoring emits segment.computed; running the journey emits campaign.sent and drops a simulated send into the shared notification viewer. Each owner write is canonical; a viewer's segments and journeys are credential-scoped and cleared on reset.
