How to Use This Demo
Driving Dynamic Pricing & Revenue Management in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Signing in + opening the app
The ecosystem is gated. Sign in as the universal owner (admin / admin@123) to approve and tune guardrails, or as the read-only viewer to browse recommendations. Open Dynamic Pricing from the host's app launcher (Revenue & Distribution zone); it renders inside the unified operator console.

Driving the price calendar
Pick a property, room type and rate plan, then 'Generate recommendations' to build a 14-day calendar. Each row shows the date (★ marks a demand event), projected occupancy, the base rate, the recommended rate, the signed Δ%, and whether the recommendation was clamped by a guardrail. As the owner you get an action column: 'approve' writes the recommended rate, or type an 'override' price and 'set' it — overrides are flagged and audited. Viewers see the same calendar read-only.
The 'What-if' tab is a no-write sandbox: drag the occupancy and competitor-index sliders and watch the recommendation and its driver list recompute. The 'Guardrails' tab (owner-only) edits the two-layer band — floor, ceiling, max-swing and event-uplift — and each edit bumps the config version.

The inspector + honest instrumentation
'View metered trace' opens the dark 'Behind the scenes' inspector. Because pricing is deterministic, the demand-forecast stage records a $0 cost-ledger row labelled deterministic — the inspector shows the stage honestly rather than implying a model ran. All cost/mode/trace talk lives only in the inspector; the calendar surface never shows a price tag for itself.
