How to Use This Demo
Driving Executive BI Chat (Safe Analytics) in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Signing in
The ecosystem is gated. Open the live demo and sign in as the universal owner to see everything, or as the read-only viewer for the in-scope analyst experience. Executive BI Chat is viewer-visible: a viewer can ask and export, but cannot change governance.

Asking a question
Type a business question — "revenue by region", "average rating by month", "repeat rate by segment", "partner scorecards by property type" — or tap a suggestion chip. A "Planning a safe query…" state shows while the metered round-trip runs, then the answer renders: a bar chart, a one-line narrative, and a "Show the query that ran" disclosure with the exact generated SQL. Export any answer to CSV, or ask a follow-up.
The right rail lists the four governed views and their governance notes — cohort sizes are k-anonymised, reviewer identity and free text are excluded. That rail is the boundary made visible: it is the only data BI Chat can read.

The Cloud/OSS inspector
Flip the mode switch between Cloud and OSS and open "Behind the scenes" to see the honesty layer: a five-step trace (parse · guard · plan · execute · narrate), the mode badge, and the cost meter. Cloud runs `claude-haiku-4-5` cost-capped and fail-closed; OSS is recorded on local hardware at $0. An un-recorded OSS run fails closed to "not captured" rather than inventing an answer. This instrumentation lives only in the inspector — the answer surface never shows cost or mode.
