RFP → quote → confirmation
The journey starts from a seeded RFP in the pipeline. The desk drafts a quote: the store reads the property's BAR and the company's negotiated rate, computes the room and event-space subtotals plus tax, and composes a narrative. The quote is sent (a simulated email via the host notification, emitting quote.sent). On confirmation the desk creates a group booking, an invoice id, and — for a new company — a corporate account.

Group booking → the rest of the ecosystem
Confirmation emits group.booked and booking.created, and mirrors the group into the shared core booking table. From there it behaves like any booking: it shows in the cockpit #20 as a 'group' source, lands on the PMS #30 arrivals board for check-in, and (via corporate.created) seeds the corporate account that future quotes price against. The group desk never has to tell those apps it exists — the spine does.
