How to Use This Demo

Driving Guest–Host Messaging in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Guest–Host Messaging
  1. 1

Signing in + the two sides

The ecosystem is gated — sign in as owner (admin / admin@123) for the host console (send, convert-to-ticket, CONFIGURE) or as the read-only viewer to draft and translate. Use View-as guest to see the consumer Messages surface. Open the app from the launcher's Customer Experience zone.

  2. 2

    Host-side actions

On the host side, open a guest thread to see the booking context, the message history, and a per-message "translate (simulated)" control with a target-language picker (EN/FR/DE/ES/JA). "Smart reply" runs the shared metered draft; as owner you edit and Send, or "Convert to ticket" to escalate the thread into #16 (the button then reads "Ticketed"). The Cloud/OSS cost of a draft or translation appears only in the "Behind the scenes" inspector; viewers can draft + translate but sending is owner-only.
