Host & Listing Management is the partner-facing self-service surface: a guided wizard with an AI-assist that drafts a tagline, suggests facilities, and offers a rate tip, gated by a KYC check so only verified listings go live.
What this proves — and what it simplifies
It proves a guided create-to-live flow with a verification gate and an optional AI head-start; the structured wizard is always the fallback, so the AI is a convenience, not a dependency. It simplifies by using synthetic properties and a deterministic KYC decision (~85% pass), and the AI auto-fill is a single recorded OSS stage at $0 by default. No real listings, no real imagery.
