How to Use This Demo

Driving Hotel Marketplace in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Hotel Marketplace
  1. 1

    Signing in

The ecosystem is gated. Open the live demo and sign in as the universal owner (admin / admin@123) to see everything, or as the read-only viewer for the in-scope viewer experience. Unauthenticated visitors see only the sign-in card — the app tree is never sent to the browser for an unauthorized session.

  2. 2

    Booking funnel

Start at the full-bleed hero and use the floating unified search — type natural language ("Goa beachfront resort, 2 guests, next weekend, under ₹8k, with pool") or the structured fields; both resolve to the same filter set. Move Home → Results → Detail → Booking → Confirmation. At payment, pick a method and "Pay & Confirm" — the booking is created and a confirmation email appears in the in-app sent viewer. The payment step is the one clearly-marked "Simulated" action; everything else is seamless.

Open "Behind the scenes" (the dark inspector) to see the honesty layer: the Cloud/OSS mode toggle, the per-stage trace, and the cost meter. This instrumentation lives only in the inspector — it never appears on the guest surface.

  3. 3

    The launcher + operator console

The app launcher lists all 44 ecosystem apps grouped by the 11 zones; opening one mounts it inside the host shell. Operator-facing apps render in the unified console (OPERATE · CONFIGURE · Audit), which is read-only to viewers and owner-only for canonical edits. View-as lets the owner preview the viewer experience without signing out.
