How to Use This Demo

Driving Housekeeping & Maintenance Ops in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Ops
  1. 1

Signing in and driving the queue

The ecosystem is gated — sign in as owner (admin / admin@123) to operate, configure and audit, or as the read-only viewer for OPERATE. From the launcher, open Housekeeping & Maintenance Ops (C5 sub-tab 14). OPERATE shows the unassigned queue and a status board with columns open → assigned → in-progress → done → verified. Press "Auto-assign all" to route the open queue, or advance a single order through its lifecycle.

  2. 2

Watching the spine, CONFIGURE and Audit

Leave this tab and dispatch a request from app 07 — a new auto-assigned work order lands here live. CONFIGURE (owner-only) shows the SLA targets in minutes-to-due (urgent 30 · high 60 · normal 120 · low 240); Audit logs owner actions (auto-assign-all, verify). For a viewer, the CONFIGURE and Audit tabs are absent from the DOM. Because the assignment is deterministic, there is no metered cost row to inspect — the inspector trace shows the $0 assignment path.
