Repeat guests who book direct are the cheapest, highest-margin demand a hospitality business has. A loyalty program earns that repeat behaviour with points, tiers and rewards — but only if the ledger is exact: a guest who sees the wrong balance or an unearned tier loses trust immediately. The Loyalty & Rewards Engine owns that ledger and the rewards catalog every guest-experience app reads.
It is deliberately a deterministic rules engine — an honest AI-assist app with no model in the loop. The demo proves accrual, tiering, redemption and history are exact arithmetic; the reality contract is that redemption discounts are simulated and all data is synthetic (no PII).
