How to Use This Demo
Driving Loyalty & Rewards Engine in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Signing in + the dashboard
Sign in (admin / admin@123, or the read-only viewer) and open the loyalty dashboard in the account. You'll see the points balance, the current tier (Silver / Gold / Platinum) and its earn rate, the rewards catalog, and the transaction history. Bookings/stays accrue points; pick a reward and redeem to deduct points and append a redemption row.

Owner config + honest no-cost
The earn-rate configuration is owner-only (`canConfigure`-gated) and absent from the DOM for viewers. The dark inspector honestly shows this app contributes no model cost — there is no metered stage, because a points ledger should be exact, not a model guess.
