The Notifications & Comms Center is the single messaging rail: a multi-language template library across email / SMS / push, event-triggered sends into one in-app "sent" viewer, a delivery log, and a metered AI message-gen for marketing variants.
What the demo proves — and simplifies
It proves the ecosystem messages through one owned `notification` entity and one sent viewer: a booking made anywhere fires a confirmation here, and #03's replies land in the same log. It simplifies — and clearly labels — the part that would leave the building: ALL delivery is simulated into the in-app sent viewer, with no real email/SMS/push ever sent. Templates, context, and figures are synthetic and representative.
