How to Use This Demo

Driving On-Property Service Intelligence in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

On-Property Service Intelligence
  1. 1

    Signing in

The ecosystem is gated. Open the live demo and sign in as the universal owner (admin / admin@123) to operate, configure, and audit; or as the read-only viewer to drive OPERATE only. Unauthenticated visitors never receive the app tree. From the launcher, open On-Property Service Intelligence — it mounts inside the host shell with the Cluster C5 sub-tab bar (07 · 14 · 09 · 43) across the top.

  2. 2

    Perceiving and dispatching a signal

In OPERATE, the left column is the signal intake — inbound requests waiting to be read. Pick the Cloud or OSS mode (the toggle is honest about which path runs), then press "Perceive" on a signal. The metered `perceive` stage classifies it into a kind (housekeeping, maintenance, amenity, f-and-b, concierge), maps a priority, and scores a confidence; the result appears as a draft callout with the kind, room, priority and confidence percent.

You then make the decision: "Confirm & dispatch" sends it onward, or "Dismiss" drops it. A confirmation is the gate — only confirmed requests cross into work. Watch the right-hand "Live floor board": a dispatched request lands under "Dispatched → housekeeping" here and, simultaneously, as an auto-assigned work order in app 14. Anything below the 70% confidence floor is flagged as held for human confirmation rather than waved through.

  3. 3

    The inspector, CONFIGURE, and Audit

Open "Behind the scenes" to see the honesty layer for the run you just triggered: the per-stage trace (intake · perceive · enrich · rules → priority · confirm-gate), the mode, and the cost row the `perceive` stage wrote. This instrumentation is confined to the inspector; the floor board stays clean.

CONFIGURE (owner-only) shows the two-layer dispatch rules — an immutable baseline keyword map (spill/leak/smoke → maintenance · urgent; temp/sensor/HVAC → maintenance · high; towel/linen → housekeeping · normal; pillow/amenity → amenity · low) plus the 70% auto-dispatch confidence floor, owner-tunable in Stage-2. Audit logs every owner dispatch. For a viewer, the CONFIGURE and Audit tabs are absent from the DOM — gating by absence, not by a disabled button.
