How to Use This Demo
Driving Partner Contract Intelligence in the host, the Cloud/OSS inspector, and the operator console — with honest labels.

Signing in
The ecosystem is gated. Open the live demo and sign in as the universal owner (admin / admin@123) to run the metered analysis and record decisions, or as the read-only viewer to work the queue without canonical writes. An unauthenticated visitor sees only the sign-in card — the app tree is never sent to the browser for an unauthorized session.

Working a contract
Open Partner Contract Intelligence from the app launcher; it mounts in the unified operator console. Pick a contract from the queue — filter by partner, by whether it has been analyzed, or by triage band. Press Analyze to run the pipeline: for a scanned contract you will see the OCR stage run first, then clause analysis; for a digital or Word file, analysis only. The extraction panel then shows the commission rate, the per-clause risk flags, the composite score, the triage band, and the amendment register.
Open "Behind the scenes" (the dark inspector) to see the honesty layer: the Cloud/OSS mode toggle, the per-stage trace (one row for OCR when present, one for clause analysis), and the cost meter. A scanned contract logs two cost rows; a digital one logs a single clause-analysis row. This instrumentation lives only in the inspector — the operator surface shows the extraction, never the tokens or cost.

Deciding + the amendment register
The triage band tells you where a human is needed: auto-accept contracts are clean, review contracts want a glance, exception contracts need a decision. The owner accepts or escalates; the amendment register lists each high-risk clause to renegotiate plus a "escalate to legal" item when the composite risk crosses the threshold. Canonical edits are owner-only and audited; a viewer can run the analysis and see the result, but the change is ephemeral and clears on reset.
