One score per partner

Partner-ops needs to know, at a glance, which partner properties are performing and which need intervention — without opening five dashboards per partner. Partner Performance Scorecards rolls four signals (bookings, reviews, service, contract risk) into a single weighted 0–100 composite with a 6-month trend, and flags the under-performers below the threshold so attention goes where it is needed.

What this proves — and what it simplifies

It proves a reconciled rollup: the booking and contract sub-scores are derived from the same shared bookings and the analyzed contracts (#08), so the numbers tie back to the rest of the ecosystem rather than living in a private spreadsheet. It simplifies by using synthetic reviews/service sub-scores and representative trends; every figure is labelled synthetic.
