How to Use This Demo

The ecosystem is gated — sign in as the universal owner (admin / admin@123) or the read-only viewer; an unauthorized visitor sees only the sign-in card. Open Partner Performance Scorecards from the launcher; it mounts in the operator console. Partners are ranked by composite, highest first; filter to the flagged (under-performing) partners to triage.

Open a partner to see the four sub-scores — bookings, reviews, service, contract — and the 6-month composite trend. This is a read-only aggregator: there is no metered stage and no canonical edit here. Act on what you find in the neighbouring apps — hold a settlement in #34, renegotiate a contract in #08.
